Q: How can I claim my warranty?
A: First step is creating a new account. Simply click on New User on homepage and fill in the form. You'll get a confirmation email. Click on activation link and enter your details and submit the form. Your account will be activated right away. Top of PageTop

Q: How can I check the status of my job?
A: Login to your account and click on [My Warranty] located in the menu bar. All of your jobs are listed. Top of PageTop

Q: How long will my account remain inactive?
A: Once your account is activated you must access it within the first 30 days or your account will be terminated. Top of PageTop

Q: Does DreamCare Warranty cover my software?
A: Unfortunately DreamCare warranty does not cover software, we do however offer a range of services to maintain, backup and repair your software starting from $89.00. For more information please email support@dreamcare.com.au Top of PageTop

Q: I have received My RMA number, whats next?
A: Once you have received your Confirmation email, you can log in to your DeamCare account and print your RMA Slip. Your PC/Notebook must then be packaged in a box in which it is well protected, with the RA slip attached to the outside, as it will contain relevant information for the courier to complete a pick-up. RMA number remains valid for 14 days only after which you need to apply for a new RMA number. Top of PageTop
